Aniket Joshi is a media and entertainment leader with over 23 years of experience in television, OTT platforms, content strategy, marketing, and business management. Formerly Business Head at Colors Marathi and Marketing & Research Head at Zee Entertainment, he currently leads Binge Marathi OTT as Founder. His expertise in audience research, content acquisition, platform strategy, and media management equips students with a comprehensive understanding of today’s rapidly evolving digital entertainment landscape.
Hetal Choudhary is an accomplished costume designer with extensive experience in feature films and television. Having worked on a wide range of productions across diverse genres, she specializes in character styling, costume visualization, and design execution. Drawing from her professional experience, she introduces students to the creative and technical aspects of costume design, demonstrating how wardrobe plays a vital role in character development and cinematic storytelling.
Aseem Latkar is an accomplished advertising filmmaker with extensive experience directing high-impact commercial campaigns for leading national and international brands. His diverse portfolio spans the automotive, food, beauty, performance, and CGI sectors, along with commercial production. Through his experience in advertising and branded content, he provides students with practical insights into creative direction and the evolving language of brand communication.
Digpal Lanjekar is an acclaimed writer, director, producer, and lyricist best known for his celebrated Shri Shivraj Ashtak film series, including Farzand, Fatteshikast, Pawankhind, Sher Shivraj, and Subhedar. A recipient of numerous industry awards, he has also written over 2,000 television episodes. His expertise in screenplay writing, historical research, and cinematic storytelling offers students valuable insights into the craft of scriptwriting.
Shrikant Desai is an experienced makeup artist with an accomplished career in films, television, and commercial productions. Known for his expertise in beauty, character, and prosthetic makeup, he has collaborated with leading filmmakers and production teams across the entertainment industry. His sessions provide students with practical exposure to professional makeup techniques, character transformation, and the essential role of makeup artistry in bringing cinematic characters to life.
Nishant Roy Bombarde is a National Award-winning writer and director whose work spans filmmaking, screenwriting, and creative development. His debut short film Daaravtha received the National Film Award for Best Debut Film of a Director and was screened at prestigious international festivals, including TIFF and Palm Springs ShortFest. Having worked with Zee Studios, Fox Star Studios, and Zee TV, he brings extensive expertise in screenplay development, storytelling, and the creative process behind successful films.
Dr.Santosh Pathare is an accomplished academician, holding a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry, along with degrees in Journalism and Mass Communication and an M.A. in Marathi Literature from the University of Mumbai. His journey beautifully bridges the worlds of science, literature, and cinema.
He is an active member of the Film Federation of India (Western Region) and serves as the Secretary of Prabhat Chitra Mandal, one of India’s leading film societies. As a respected film critic, he also contributes as the editor of the magazine Vastav Roopwani.
Dr. Pathare’s creative contributions to cinema are equally remarkable. He has produced the documentary The Tale of Natives and made his directorial debut with Sumitra Bhave – Ek Samantar Prawaas. His body of work includes notable documentaries such as Maru Jivan Ej Mari Vaani, In Search of Rituparno, and Pappa Sanga Kunache, along with the short film Kolahal. He has also directed the series Tambi Durai, based on the writings of renowned Marathi author Shri Shrikant Bojewar.
His expertise has been recognized globally, having served as a jury member at prestigious international film festivals like Tromso International Film Festival, Norway, International Film Festival, Johansberg, South Africa, International Film Festival Barcelona, Spain, International Film Festival Bengluru etc.He is also a member of the Marathi Cinema Grant Committee appointed by the Government of Maharashtra and currently serves as the Festival Director of the Third Eye Asian Film Festival.
