Durgeshh Sukhthankar is a seasoned cinephile and educator with over two decades of experience in the Film and Television Industry. Specializing in Direction, Script Writing, and Film Editing, Durgeshh has worked on numerous short films, documentaries, and advertisements. He has trained over 1,200 students, many of whom have gone on to work with major production houses, including Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s production banner. Durgeshh directed Aaji and collaborated with industry giants like Sonu Nigam, Shaan, and Uday Tikekar. His vast experience and network make him an invaluable mentor to our students.
With nearly two decades of experience in Audio Engineering, Rohit Pradhan is a renowned figure in sound design. He has worked on films, including Khel Mandala, Sharyat, and Abaa Aiktay Na, and designed top-tier studios and performance venues. For the film Rege, he was awarded the Filmfare Award for Sound Design. A University of Westminster, UK graduate, Rohit also delivered a TEDx talk at the Goa Institute of Management. He is currently the director of Mixbox Studios in Thane.
Madhav Chirmuley has obtained training from stalwarts in Marathi Theatre like Sudha Karmarkar, Raghuveer Talashilkar, Kumud Chaskar. For more than four decades, Madhav has nurtured aspiring actors and writers. His creative brilliance can be witnessed in the screenplays, dialogues of television serials like ‘Zep’, ‘Spandan’. His plays such as ‘Janmagaath’, ‘Milteel Ka Malaa Aaibaba?’ have garnered immense appreciation for their thought-provoking themes. He has penned Hindi lyrics for the enchanting ballet ‘Krishna’ and showcased his proficiency in Marathi, Sanskrit by contributing his literary genius to the renowned Music Director Padmabhushan Shri.
Mangesh Sawant has worked in the capacity of an Assistant Director in multiple Marathi serials. He then went on to work for prominent Marathi films named ‘Ti Ratra’ and ‘Khel Mandala’, as the main Art Director and also got nominated for the prestigious Zee Gaurav Award for Best Art Direction. In the meanwhile, he got a chance to work as an Art Director for a few TV commercials, and then started working on Ad Films. He has worked as a Director with various brands such as ICICI, HDFC, IDBI, Tata Capital etc. He became the Director of the first Marathi International travel show, ‘Aamhi Travelkar’ for Cox & Kings. He has directed more than 200 ad films and recently worked as an associate director for the famous Marathi Web Series, “RaanBaazaar”

Experience of 30 years in Commercial photography. His forte is portraits & fashion photography, artistic documentation of objects (still life). Clients & brands handled so far- Bombay Dyeing, Birla Century, Century Cotton, Raymond, Arvind Denim, Emami, Hindustan Lever, Godrej, Advani Oerlekon, Orra, Cygnus Diamonds, Lagoo Bandhoo Jewellers, Kopran, SBI, Central Bank, Cipla, Ceat, Shalimar Oil, recipe books for Sanjeev Kapoor & Tarla Dalal etc. Worked as visiting faculty for Symbiosis School of Photography, Pearl Academy, Udaan School of Photography, Rachana Sansad, L.S. Raheja School of Art, B D Somani Inst of Fashion Designing etc. Represented as official mentor for Fujifilm cameras, Lumix (Panasonic), Elinchrom lights, Godox etc. Conducted around 200 workshops till date. Worked as freelance writer for industries leading magazine Smart Photography, more than 30 articles were published in the same.
He is known for London Has Fallen (2016), Adnyat (2017) and Party (2013).
