With experience across independent cinema and leading production houses, he brings a strong understanding of storytelling, screenplay development, direction, and the creative process behind bringing compelling stories to the screen.

Guiding Lights of Creativity Learn from the Best Minds in the Film Industry Shrikant Bhelkar Direction Faculty Shrikant Bhelkar has been working in the Film and Television Industry since the last 21 years. He has worked with renowned directors like Shri. Gyan Sahay, Shri. Raman Kumar, Shri. Arun Frak, Shri. Manjul Sinha etc and has worked in many famous television serials such as Amanat, Kasauti Zindagi Ki, Agnipath etc. He has successfully completed a course in Film and Television from a reputed Film School and has conducted courses and seminars on various topics such as Direction, Editing and Filmmaking. He has also worked as a Creative Director for multiple web series and short films for significant OTT platforms. Moreover, he has made ad films for reputed clients like Dabur and Indian Talent Olympiad, and has also worked as a co-producer and creative director in Hindi Films. Aniket Joshi OTT & Media Strategy Faculty Aniket Joshi is a media and entertainment leader with over 23 years of experience in television, OTT platforms, content strategy, marketing, and business management. Formerly Business Head at Colors Marathi and Marketing & Research Head at Zee Entertainment, he currently leads Binge Marathi OTT as Founder. His expertise in audience research, content acquisition, platform strategy, and media management equips students with a comprehensive understanding of today’s rapidly evolving digital entertainment landscape. Hetal Choudhary Costume Design Faculty Hetal Choudhary is an accomplished costume designer with extensive experience in feature films and television. Having worked on a wide range of productions across diverse genres, she specializes in character styling, costume visualization, and design execution. Drawing from her professional experience, she introduces students to the creative and technical aspects of costume design, demonstrating how wardrobe plays a vital role in character development and cinematic storytelling. Aseem Latkar Advertising Filmmaking Faculty Aseem Latkar is an accomplished advertising filmmaker with extensive experience directing high-impact commercial campaigns for leading national and international brands. His diverse portfolio spans the automotive, food, beauty, performance, and CGI sectors, along with commercial production. Through his experience in advertising and branded content, he provides students with practical insights into creative direction and the evolving language of brand communication. Digpal Lanjekar Scriptwriting Faculty Digpal Lanjekar is an acclaimed writer, director, producer, and lyricist best known for his celebrated Shri Shivraj Ashtak film series, including Farzand, Fatteshikast, Pawankhind, Sher Shivraj, and Subhedar. A recipient of numerous industry awards, he has also written over 2,000 television episodes. His expertise in screenplay writing, historical research, and cinematic storytelling offers students valuable insights into the craft of scriptwriting. Shrikant Desai Makeup & Character Design Faculty Shrikant Desai is an experienced makeup artist with an accomplished career in films, television, and commercial productions. Known for his expertise in beauty, character, and prosthetic makeup, he has collaborated with leading filmmakers and production teams across the entertainment industry. His sessions provide students with practical exposure to professional makeup techniques, character transformation, and the essential role of makeup artistry in bringing cinematic characters to life. Ashish Mhatre Film Editing Faculty Ashish Mhatre is a distinguished film editor whose work spans feature films, television, and digital content. With expertise in narrative structure, pacing, continuity, and post-production workflows, he has contributed to several acclaimed productions across the entertainment industry. Nishant Roy Bombarde is a National Award-winning writer and director known for his work in screenwriting, filmmaking, and creative development. His debut short film Daaravtha received the National Film Award for Best Debut Film of a Director and was screened at prestigious international festivals, including TIFF and Palm Springs ShortFest. Having worked with Zee Studios, Fox Star Studios, and Zee TV, Nishant brings valuable industry experience in developing screenplays, shaping narratives, and translating written stories into visual experiences. At e-Drishyam, he gives students practical insights into story development, screenplay structure, character building, direction, and the creative decisions that shape a film.
